Nike + iPod = Keeping Track of Shit

Now that I am exercising again, and working hard at it, I'm thinking about picking up a pair of Nike + shoes, an iPod nano, & the receiver for the shoes.  If I do this I will start posting my weekly exercise progress on here since it'll be easier to maintain.

On that note, I went to bed early last night.  I woke up early, went on a run and that's how I started the day.  I did that run in reverse about 30 minutes ago.  According to Dave's scale I'm at 230 lbs as of right now... I know that I should have expected this to happen after completely stopping the whole smoking thing (although I didn't do it often anyway) but it's giving me the motivation to push towards losing about 30 to 40 pounds.
