Workin' a While

I’ve been workin a while now
Everything is clearer;
I’m not sure why it wasn’t so obvious somehow.
Things always turn towards the positive side

I don’t know; I don’t understand why
Things that seemed right before were truly...
Truly wrong in my mind.
This world has kept me in a bind

To and fro wherever I go, it’s easy now to know
What to do, what to say;
It never really matters anyway
It’s inevitable on any given day.

I will feel this way
My food will be served on a tray
Thank god for everything I say
Or else I would still know it anyway.

making sense of my rhymes is so passe
I don’t even think, it just flows;
Through my veins. The tabasco blood
boils through my body & it is good

Even better to understand how I am not understood
I still look back to days of both of my brotherhoods
Which are stronger than earth, brick, stone,
Or wood
